🔄 Refund & Return Policy 

At tinysteps, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


📦 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product

📌 To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

🎥 Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return or replacement request, you must provide:

  • A full unboxing video (starting from sealed package to opening)
  • Clear images showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

❗ Without proper proof, the request may be rejected


🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or partially used
  • Request made after 7 days of delivery
  • No valid proof (video/images) provided
  • Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Change of mind / personal preference

🔁 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at fiammaluci.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID + proof (video/photos)
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Replacement product is out of stock
  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement

💳 Refund Details:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

🚚 Reverse Pickup Policy

  • If applicable, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product
  • In such cases, shipping charges may be reimbursed upon approval

⚠️ Important Notes

  • tinysteps reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection
  • Repeated misuse of return policy may lead to account restriction
  • All decisions made by tinysteps in such cases will be final
